Secure Social Media Practice (SSMP) quiz competition, India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has launched a new campaign titled “Stay Safe Online” to raise awareness of online cyber risks and promote safe online behavior. The campaign is being launched during India’s G20 presidency, with the aim of sensitizing internet users about online threats and safety measures.

To promote the importance of online safety, the Stay Safe Online Campaign is organizing a Secure Social Media Practice (SSMP) quiz from 20 March 2023 to 30 April 2023. The quiz aims to test your knowledge of online safety and provide valuable information on how to stay safe online.

Participants who score 50% or above will receive a certificate of participation that can be downloaded immediately. To claim the prize amount, winners must submit their ID card, photograph, and bank account details, and the submitted details must match the name on the bank account. The decision of the Jury/Expert committee of the competition will be final, and members and their families who are directly or indirectly connected with organizing the quiz are not eligible to participate.

Once you click on the “Start” button, you need to provide some information about yourself, such as your name, mobile number, email, category, gender, age, name of your school/college/institution, state, and district. Once you have filled in all the required details, you must accept the terms and conditions and click on the “Start Quiz” button. You will have a limited time of just 5 minutes to answer 10 questions and submit your responses.

Note: Only those participants who score 50% or above will be issued a digital participation certificate which can be downloaded immediately from the website. The certificates are available during the Quiz period only.
